Important Update: Tariffs and Their Impact on Pricing

To our valued customers,

We want to be transparent with you about the significant changes currently affecting our industry. Due to the latest round of tariffs, many of the parts and supplies we provide—sourced from materials and manufacturers across the globe—are now subject to drastic cost increases. In some cases, we are being charged up to 145% more for the exact same items we've always carried.

As a distributor of thousands of SKUs—many of them commodity products with low margins—this situation presents a serious challenge. Updating and maintaining accurate pricing across multiple manufacturers and product lines is an ongoing, complex task, especially for a small business like ours.

We’re also disappointed that many of our suppliers have chosen to pass 100% of the tariff burden to us, without any shared relief. Despite that, we’ve made the decision not to pass the full impact on to you, our customers. Instead, we are sharing the burden—absorbing part of the increases ourselves to help minimize the effect on your bottom line.

We understand that any price increase is frustrating. Please know that we feel the same way. We remain committed to fairness, transparency, and doing everything we can to provide the products you rely on at the best possible value, while navigating this difficult period.
