Changes to Heine’s US Distribution – What It Means for You

Wednesday, January 1, 2025
Heine has moved all product fulfillment and repairs to Germany, leading to longer lead times and higher costs. Here’s what US customers need to know.
As of 2025, Heine has changed its distribution model, shifting all order fulfillment and repairs to Germany. While they still maintain sales and marketing staff in the US, products must now be sourced from Germany, leading to increased costs due to overseas freight, import fees, and Heine Germany pricing structure.

Lead times are now approximately three weeks, and defective products must be shipped back to Germany for repairs. As a result, we can only accept returns on Heine products if customers cover all international shipping costs.

Despite these changes, we remain committed to sourcing Heine products for our customers.
