- Return Policy
The item is considered a Special Order Item. It is only returnable in the event of a manufacturer's defect and only eligible for replacement. The manufacturer requires inspection of defective items prior to replacement being approved, therefore the return may take longer than normal to process.
Any request for replacement must be made within 20 days of invoice date. No special order returns will be accepted after 20 days.
Don’t forget! You need to contact us for a return authorization number (RMA). An RMA number does not guarantee replacement.
