Common Questions
Q: How do I change the battery in my Heine BETA handle?
A: First you will need to unscrew the bottom insert cap from the handle module. Then insert the rechargeable battery into the outer sleeve. After the battery has been inserted put the screw on insert back and test the handle.
Q: What do the indicator lights mean on my Heine BETA Handle?
A: Indicator lights are to help identify the level of the battery. The charge level indicator is automatically activated when the instrument is disconnected from the charging device. The Orange then two Green flashes means 66-100% charged. Orange then one green flash means 33-66% charged. One orange flash means 10-33% charged, and a flashing orange light means less than 10%
