Shipment processing time 

All orders are processed the same business days of receipt, if received prior to 3:30 pm EST. Orders received after 3:30 pm EST will be processed the following business day. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. See our Holiday Closure & Shipping Schedule for details about adjustments to regular operations.

Domestic Shipment Methods

  • USPS First Class Mail: only eligible on small, light packages 
  • USPS Priority Mail: Ground service offered by the US Postal Service. Refer to the Priority Mail Transit Time chart for details on estimated time in transit
  • UPS Ground: Ground service offered by UPS. Refer to the UPS Ground Transit Time chart for details on estimated time in transit
  • UPS Next Day: 1 business day¹ guaranteed² service offered by UPS. Certain HAZMAT and other items are not eligible for air services
  • UPS Second Day: 2 business day¹ guaranteed² service offered by UPS. Certain HAZMAT and other items are not eligible for air services
  • UPS 3 Day Select: 3 business day¹ guaranteed² service offered by UPS. Certain HAZMAT and other items are not eligible for air services
¹Business day does not include weekends (Saturday or Sunday) or any UPS-observed holidays.
²The UPS guarantee does not cover acts of nature (weather, disasters, etc.) or other non-controllable acts that could prevent the package from arriving on time. 

International Shipment Methods

  • USPS Priority Mail International: Economic choice offered by US Postal Service that delivers the package to the destination country³ within 6-10 business days.
  • USPS Priority Mail Express International: Faster economic choice offered by US Postal Service that delivers the package to the destination country³ within 3-6 business days.
  • UPS, FedEx and DHL: Contact us for details on how to arrange international shipments by these carriers
³The US Postal Service delivers to the destination country and hands the package to the local postal authority. Final time in transit will depend on the destination country's service.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges will be added to the cart at checkout. Charges are calculated based on a variety of criteria: weight, size, shipping method, item value and shipment address. Due to this, it is difficult to provide exact shipping charges on this page. We recommend adding items to the cart and selecting your shipment method to get a quote.

Free Shipping

Free shipping is available on certain qualified shipments and certain LiteSource Advantage members. Contact us for more details.

Shipment Confirmations & Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation with tracking details on the day of the shipment. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. Please be sure that we have your email address in order for these emails to be delivered.

Damages

If you receive a package that has been damaged in transit - save all packaging and materials and contact us within 3 days of receipt. We will contact the carrier and open a claim for you. The carrier may need to see packaging for their investigation.

Undeliverable packages and refused packages

Please enter your shipping address carefully and make sure that someone will be available to accept the package. Lite Source makes every effort to validate addresses but if an address is entered incorrectly and cannot be delivered, the customer will be responsible for the original shipment as well as any costs for the return and reship. UPS will make 3 delivery attempts before a package is returned. If a package is refused, the cost of returning the package and the original shipment charged will be the responsibility of the customer. 

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Lite Source is not responsible for any customs or taxes required for delivering your package. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer's responsibility (this includes tariffs, duties, taxes, and other costs.)
