This replacement bulb fits into the Longlife Project-o-chart models: Longlife Project-O-Chart 11083, Longlife Project-O-Chart 12084, Selectra Project-O-Chart 11075, Selectra Project-O-Chart 12030. American Optical and Reichert have merged so you may also see American Optical on your eye chart projector.

Cleaning & Care
Be careful to avoid handling bulbs with your bare hands since the oils on your fingertips can cause inconsistencies in performance. If you do touch the bulb, it’s ok, just wipe it down with an alcohol swab. The bulbs can get hot! Let it cool down before you take it out of the equipment.

Warranty
This item may be returned as per our normal return policy. Don’t forget! You need to contact us for a return authorization number (RMA). Although rated life is not a warranty, this bulb is rated to last 2,000 hours under ideal conditions.
