We're making the final preparations for moving Lite Source Inc. to its new facility.
The first week of May 2021 will be our official move date. We have been working hard on off-hours to prepare for the move so we don't anticipate much disruption to normal business activities. We have a moving sale going on until the end of the month. We have some great deals on popular infection prevention supplies and are offering free shipping when you order by the case.
Many customers will need updated W-9 forms and possibly updated vendor information sheets from us. We are happy to complete those documents for you. Please email us at customerservice@litesourceinc.com with any necessary documents and let us know what you need. Our team will confirm receipt and will return the completed forms as quickly as we can.
Again, our new address is 13703 Aiken Rd, Louisville, KY 40245. You can use this address for all correspondence going forward. We will maintain our PO Box until we feel comfortable that all of our customers have switched to the new address.
